Summary

I'm tagging a new release after deploying an updated version of the Console UI and the Observatory to mainnet.

The UI received a few aesthetic improvements. Cards and buttons now have stronger contrast—it's crazy what you can achieve by simply adjusting the background brightness 😄. The launchpad has also been slightly redesigned: “Create a new satellite” is now a button, which brings more clarity to the interface.

For the Observatory, I added rate-limiting guards to prevent excessive call frequency.
